The standard document pack
Every Premium Vertex shipment ships with the document set below. Bank-required formats (negotiable B/L, original LC drafts) are prepared by our trade-operations team and couriered or transmitted via SWIFT within five working days of loading.
Certificate of Origin (COO)
Per shipmentChamber-of-commerce stamped document confirming the origin country of the raw material.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Per shipmentHealth certificate issued by the origin country's plant-protection authority for vegetable oil cargo.
Bill of Lading (B/L)
Per shipmentIssued by the carrier as evidence of contract of carriage and title to the goods.
Marine Insurance Policy
CIF / CIPCargo insurance under Institute Cargo Clauses (A) for CIF and CIP shipments — full warehouse-to-warehouse cover.
Pre-shipment Inspection Report
