01Our Commitments
We expect every counterparty in our supply chain to operate in line with internationally recognized standards on human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption.
- No forced, bonded, or child labour at any tier of the supply chain
- Freedom of association and collective bargaining
- Safe working conditions and fair wages
- Zero tolerance for deforestation of primary or HCV forest
- Respect for the rights of indigenous and local communities
- Compliance with applicable environmental laws and certifications
02Traceability
We maintain origin-level traceability for all oils we trade. For RSPO Segregated and ISCC volumes, we track material to the mill or crusher. For our direct-source EVOO and coconut programs, we publish farm-cooperative level traceability on request.
All physical lots are accompanied by a Certificate of Origin and, where applicable, sustainability certificates issued under recognized schemes (RSPO, ISCC, ProTerra, RTRS, MSPO, ISPO).
03Supplier Due Diligence
Before onboarding a new supplier, we conduct due diligence proportionate to the risk profile of the origin and product. Standard checks include:
- Corporate ownership, licensing, and beneficial ownership verification
- Sanctions, PEP, and adverse-media screening (annually refreshed)
- Review of sustainability and food safety certifications
- On-the-ground verification or third-party audit where risk warrants
- Signed adherence to our Supplier Code of Conduct
04High-Risk Origins
Certain commodities and origins carry elevated risk of deforestation, forced labour, or environmental harm. For these we apply enhanced due diligence — including independent satellite monitoring for our palm and soy programs, and third-party social audits for higher-risk regions.
We support and align with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), and we are equipping our supply chain to deliver compliant origin data ahead of the regulation's enforcement.
05Grievance & Reporting
We operate a confidential grievance channel for any party — employee, supplier, community member, or third party — to raise concerns about labour practices, environmental harm, or compliance breaches anywhere in our supply chain.
Reports may be submitted anonymously and will be reviewed by an independent compliance committee within 14 days of receipt.
06Continuous Improvement
We publish progress against our supply chain commitments annually and update this statement in line with evolving regulation and stakeholder expectations.
