Our services are intended for verified commercial counterparties only. By accessing the website or engaging our trade desk, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of a legitimate business entity and that you accept these terms.

02Trading Terms

All offers are subject to prior sale and final confirmation by Premium Vertex. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all sales are governed by FOSFA contract terms for vegetable oils and FEDIOL Standard Trading Rules for European intra-EU shipments.

Quoted prices are indicative only and become binding only upon execution of a signed sales contract.

03Sanctions & Trade Compliance

All transactions are subject to applicable EU, US, UK, and UN trade sanctions and export control regulations. Premium Vertex reserves the right to refuse or suspend business with any counterparty or jurisdiction subject to sanctions, embargoes, or restrictive measures.

04Intellectual Property

The Premium Vertex name, logo, website content, photography, and product documentation are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Premium Vertex B.V.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without prior written consent.

05Limitation of Liability

Information published on this website is provided in good faith for general information purposes only. Premium Vertex makes no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of this website. Liability for commercial transactions is governed exclusively by the relevant sales contract.

Any pricing, sourcing, or contractual information exchanged between Premium Vertex and a counterparty is confidential and must not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.

07Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any commercial relationship arising from them are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI), seated in Rotterdam, unless the relevant sales contract specifies otherwise.

08Changes to These Terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
